The initial Tron: Legacy teaser trailer was genius. The full-length trailer was ok. And now these toys are awfully lackluster. Supposedly the remote control lightcycle drives on walls, emits a lightwall behind it, and falls off if it runs into another vehicle's lightwall. I'll go out on a limb and say they either don't work, or break almost immediately, or are absurdly expensive. Via these sites.

Tron: Legacy toys look pretty terrible

I think the one with the little wings is kinda neat actually. Will buy it a few months later when it's in the bargain bin.
ReplyDeleteSure, if the thing with the talking face was $10, that would be pretty cool. But it's $40.
ReplyDeleteWhy wouldn't I just get my kids 4-6 Star Wars action figures and let them do the talking?
So can I put my own picture in the top figure? It looks like a picture frame holder.
ReplyDeleteIt's weird. Reminds me of Dave Bowman in 2001 for some reason.
ReplyDeleteThe guy with the wings reminds of the He-Man figure Buzz-Off.
